UCLA

So today was my second day of class! :) It's hard to believe that I've been living on campus for a week and a half now. The campus is beautiful and BIG. And I mean BIG. It's only the second day and I'm already packed with homework to the core, though. Regardless of how much homework I have, I am so thankful to be where I currently am. I am enjoying this experience to the fullest. I'm not going to lie, I do miss my home a bit, but this is also starting to feel like my second home due to all the nice and wonderful people on this campus. Everyone says hi to eachother even if they haven't met and introduce themselves. I guess we're all hungry to build new friendships since all of our friends are back at home. Anyway, I can't wait for the next four years. It is very challenging, (I have a midterm next week), but it's just amazing. Everyone should be living the college experience. The dorm life is also much different from the one at home. Talking about that, I haven't eaten my mommy's food since I moved in so I have been craving it terribly. Well today, I was sooo happy when I noticed the UCLA Denev cafeteria was serving SOPES! SOPES! Can anyone believe it!? I was so happy!! It even tasted like the kind my mom makes at home!! I felt like I was back at home during lunch<3 Anyway, I really need to go do my homework or I'll find myself up until midnight and my body isn't too thankful when I carry it to the gym at 5 in the morning. O: I miss everyone back at home, but this is definetly one of the best experiences I've had by far. <3

Stupid Bus Driver

Sooooo, let me start by expressing my anger. Ready?
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. There. All better. :) The bus driver that was supposed to pick us up at 5 wasn't there for us until 6. What in the world is that? Made me think beyond things? Like I started thinking how many times I've been late and how many times I don't value when people are early. Time really DOES matter. I was so frustruated and I was so late for other things I needed to do. So I learned a valuable lesson! Never again will I be late to a meeting, never again will I say I'll be at your house at 3 and show up at 4, and never again will I make other people wait on me for anything! Anyway, I need to finish my project! Why am I here!!!! D:

First..

So, this is my first blog and I honestly don't know what to write. I really don't want to talk about my day because it involves working for the most part. I'd rather post about the epiphany I had seconds ago. An epiphany that lasted about two minutes and was far more interesting than my eight hour shift... Graduation is less than a month away. LESS THAN ONE MONTH AWAY. Where did time go?????? I remember my first day of high school... the rest is just a little blur I skipped through. WTH. Getting ready to go away for college is going to be very stressing. I also realized this means there is less than one month left to be around current peers. I know for a fact I won't see 90% of them anymore. That's sad, but then again, we all move on right? I hope so... I also hope that those who actually care will take the time to keep in touch.. I would like that.. very much. Anywho... I need some rest... No sleep equals no bueno.
